Forgive not

The victim forgiving the perpetrator is always good if it helps the victim heal & move on with his or her life. But a perpetrator should never be asking a 3rd party, in this case, God to forgive him. It is not God’s place to forgive, only the victim should have the right to forgive his tormentor.
