As the second season begins, we meet the protagonists two years later, and they’ve gone through a lot since then. The last time we saw them, Itzik (Eli Finish) and Tomer (Guri Alfi) said goodbye to Udi (Danny Geva) who left for the States to try his luck there. The second season begins with Udi’s return to Israel. Udi, who left for a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to work in a prestigious laboratory in Boston, returns to Israel after surprisingly quitting the lab. His trip was traumatic in all respects, and Udi and Tali decide to break up. Tomer (Guri Alfi) has been married for the last year and a half to Rakefet (Alma Zack), a Foreign Ministry cadet he met at a strange event he accidently found himself in (she claims the same…) and they have been together since then. They are in the midst of exhausting fertility treatments. After he had expected to go with her to a wonderful mission abroad, they got stuck in Israel to focus on their attempts to have a child. Itzik (Eli Finish) has been going through several things since he quit the office, and now we meet him as a prestigious nursing home manager as he tries to spice up the place, and finds charming new friends over 80 years old. The three friends, the protagonists of the series, are trying to deal with the tensions formed between them and bond. Udi did not attend Tomer’s wedding, and now he tries to explain what he’s been going through in the States that essentially disabled him, and Itzik and Tomer are facing …
