Munkatch rebbe at torah dedication

The Munkatcher Rebbe, Grand Rabbi Moshe Leib Rabinovich participates in a Torah dedication ceremony known as a “Hachnosas Sefer Torah”. The Munkatch Hasidic dynasty, which stems from the Eastern European city of Munkacs (Mukachevo), Ukraine, was founded by the great Rabbi Tzvi Elimelech Spira. The Pre WW2 Rebbe was Rabbi Chaim Eluzar Spira, author of Minchas Eluzar. The sect is headed today by Grand Rebbe Moshe Yehuda Leib Rabinovich and is based in the Boro Park section of Brooklyn, NY and has branches throughout the world.
